The Zoom meeting link will be circulated later. To ensure the smooth operation of the symposium, please follow the guidelines below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arrive at your session 10 minutes in advance: show presence to co-chairs and <strong>please test audio and screen sharing features<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>The technical support will enable you as Zoom co-host before your presentation (so you can share screen).<\/li>\n<li>Each session includes 12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes Q&amp;A.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarize yourself with Zoom features (mute and unmute, share screen, participant and chat panel, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Undergraduate and graduate students are automatically in the student competition. We will announce first-place, second-place, and third-place winners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>Optional but Recommended:<\/strong> If you are concerned about your internet stability, especially you are located outside Canada, please send your <strong>recorded presentation<\/strong> (downloadable Dropbox\/Google Drive link) to us(peoplenetwork@mun.ca) as a backup <strong>by Saturday, November 23, 5<\/strong><strong> PM<\/strong><strong>, EST<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>How to record your presentation: We recommend using MS PowerPoint: Click \u201cSlide Show\u201d \uf0e0 \u201cRecord\u201d. Please make sure to turn on your camera.
